8.9.13 Manduzzi can flat out hit.  Has power to all fields.  Good runner for his size and has the versatility to play in the infield on both corners as well.  Threw out a runner in game action with a 2.2 in game pop time.  In the showcase portion his pop times ranged from 2.03-2.08.  Should land somewhere soon.

2.23.13 Manduzzi has a big strong lower half.  He generates plenty of pop from the plate (90mph).  Balanced setup at the plate.  Explosive bat speed. Has a good presence at the plate.  Advanced approach.  Ball jumps off of the bat.  Behind the plate, works well. Arm action is good.  Deadens the ball well when blocking.  Throws were accurate with good carry. Pop times between (2.01-2.11).  Has the ability to play third base.  Adds versatility.

On the mound Manduzzi shows his arm strength. Fastball sat 82-84mph with occasional cut.  He worked down in the zone consistently.  Arm was loose and comes from a high 3/4 slot. Delivery is smooth and inline.  Arm action is long. Breaking ball has downward sweep acts more like a slider (67-70mph).  Keeps his arm speed up near the fastball. Change shows promise and good velocity differential (70-71mph).
