At the plate used a wide stance with a stiff front leg. Brings his front leg back and moves forward tapping the bat on his shoulder swinging on a slight uphill plane. Made hard contact, crushing the ball at times when he squared it up.

At first base, he sets his feet up well to turn the double play and fields the ball out front well. His velocity across the diamond was up to 63 mph.
