Harper is now 6-foot-1, 167 pounds continuing to fill out his frame since we last saw him. At the plate from an upright stance has grown an understanding for the strike zone. Targets his pitch and hits it hard consistently. Fast hands showed the ability to turn on the ball during game action. In the field moves well up the middle showing soft hands. In the OF moves through the ball using a small crow hop throwing from a high 3/4 arm angle.

Harper has an athletic 5-foot-11, 155-pound frame. He stands tall with his hands at shoulder height. He has a bat tip towards the pitcher when loading and showed some bat speed while working all fields and an aggressive lower half. His exit velocity was 76 mph and he ran a 4.29 home-to-1st. Defensively, he is aggressive to the ball in the outfield while taking good angles to the ball and an outfield position velocity of 70 mph. On the infield, he fields the ball out in front and funnels the ball in while working through the ball with his feet. His position velocity across the infield was 72 mph.

5-foot-8, 140-pound prospect. Shows some good bat speed from the left side while working in a line drive approach. Has quick hands to the baseball with strong hand-eye. Recorded a 73 mph exit velocity. Active feet on the infield with smooth hands and good rhythm.
