Pebley has an athletic 5-foot-8, 140-pound build. He stands upright and has a long stride. His swing has a downhill plane and he shows a loose, effortless swing. His exit velocity was 83 mph and he ran a 4.25 home-to-1st. Behind the plate, he starts high and has quick feet with a low release and transfer. His pop times were 2.11-2.38 and he had a position velocity was 65 mph.
