6-foot-2, 165 pound prospect ran a 4.63 home to 1st. At the plate hits in a narrow open stance with a slight bend. Bounces his knees and bounces the bat off his shoulder while gaining rhythm prior to his high leg lift load making good contact up the middle. Drove several line drives back up the middle. 81 mph exit velocity. In the infield he receives the ball outfront with grace while throwing 80 mph across the infield. Works with an even tempo, using a high leg kick and long loose high ¾ arm motion. 76-77 mph fastball with good late run, 66-68 mph 11/5 sharp breaking curve, deceptive 67-68 mph changeup. His best off-speed pitch was his 70-71 mph late breaking slider that shows the makings of a true out pitch.

Millspaugh has a projectable 6-foot-2, 165-pound frame. Has a narrow, upright stance and uses a leg kick with his load. Creates good separation and has a flat swing through the zone. Had an exit velocity of 82 mph and ran a 7.30 60-yard dash. Fields out front and turns to set his feet well for the double play. Had a velocity of 77 mph across the diamond. On the mound, throws from a high-3/4 arm slot with a long arm action and some effort in his delivery. Fastball sat 75-78 mph staying flat with occasional running action. Curveball had 11/5 shape at 66-72 mph. Changeup sat 68-72 mph and thrown with fastball arm speed.
