5-foot-10, 145 pound prospect has noticeably changed since we last seen him. Growing more into his frame while maintaining his athleticism. In the OF has the ability to move well through the ball while staying at a faster pace. Is capable of playing all three OF spots, showing good carry on his throws. At the plate is a top of the order guy that has an understanding of the barrel. Makes good contact spraying the ball across the diamond.

Fillmore has a 5-foot-6, 120-pound frame. He has good rhythm with a short swing and a two-handed finish. He has good balance with his lower half throughout his swing and showed he can hit line drives to all fields. His exit velocity was 78 mph and he ran a 6.90 60-yard dash. In the outfield, he is aggressive to getting the ball and does well with keeping his body behind. His position velocity was 79 mph. On the mound, he has a short arm action and throws from an over-the-top arm slot. His fastball was 70-75 mph with some sink. His changeup is thrown with good arm speed at 64-66 mph and good fade to it. His curveball has 12/6 break to it at 59-62 mph.
