2/10/18 - McGee is a well built 6-foot-1 185-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class.  He ran a 7.68 60 and has an 88 mph exit velocity. At the plate, balanced stance, controlled leg lift, quiet hands, lands with stride in line, gap to gap approach. In the outfield, high three quarters arm slot, clean glove to hand transfer, works through hop and catch, body stays under control, crow hop to create momentum. On the mound, McGee comes from an over the top arm slot, slight rotation at balance point, creates direction in line down the mound, throws with some effort, fastball at 75-78 mph, curveball at 67-68 mph, 12-to-6 action, change up at 67-71 mph, some sink, near fastball arm speed.

2/20/17 - McGee is a 6-foot 170-pound right-handed hitting outfielder and right-handed pitcher in Missouri’s 2020 class. He ran a 4.70 home to first and has a 75 mph exit velo. At the plate, balanced stance with fluid pre swing rhythm, short stride, minimal load, hands control the bat, body stays under control during swing, mostly pull side line drives during hitting evaluations.  In the outfield, 76 mph positional velocity, high three quarters release, fluid exchange on time with footwork, fluid footwork, projectable build. On the mound, McGee comes from a three quarters arm slot, controlled tempo in delivery, repeats, finishes in athletic position, fastball has slight cut and works mostly arm side, 69-72 mph, 10-to-4 spin on breaking ball, late break, gradual, 58-62 mph, change up at 66-68 mph, slight cutting action.
