At the plate, tall and balanced stance, short stride, no wasted movement, quick bat speed with level path through the zone, gap-to-gap approach.  On the infield, 69 mph positional velo, high three quarters release, fluid glove to hand transfer, loose arm action, tall and lean frame, projectable. On the mound, Sanders was 71-73 mph with his fastball, occasional slight run, lot of strikes early in outing, breaking ball has 11-to-5 shape, late action, 63 mph curveball, throws on same plane as fastball, over the top release, hides the ball well with some deception in delivery, repeats, slightly across body, created contact from hitters with mostly fly ball outs.
