2/20/12: Baily is a strong bodied 6-foot-2, 220-pound RHP. Baily displayed a heavy 80-81 mph fastball, with some late arm side run. He also showed command of his secondary pitches, a 12-to-6 breaking ball and a 69-71 mph change up that was consistently down in the zone.
