5/31/16 - Tatum is a 6-foot 165-pound left-handed hitting second-baseman in Kansas’ 2018 class.  He ran a 6.95 60, one of the top times for the event, and a 4.31 home-to-first.   He has an 86 mph exit velo, one of the top LHH exit velos of the event. At the plate, solid consistent contact during batting practice, middle of the field line drives, feel for the barrel, did show some pull gap strength, balanced set up, controlled leg kick, singled up middle in game action.  On the infield, high three quarters release, soft hands, clean exchange, fluid footwork, 73 mph positional velo, mostly accurate throws.
