Shirts throws with some effort and loose arm action, high percentage of strikes with three pitches, attacks the zone. Fastball worked at 83-85 mph, showed 11-to-5 curveball at 69-70, sharp/late action, change up with sink, consistent down in zone, 74-75 mph.
