6-foot-2, 150-pound right-handed hitting catcher. Threw 75 mph down to second base during the defensive portion of the workout. Pop time of 2.01. The receiving can improve by softening the catch and work on securing the catch appropriately. Ran a 4.51 down the line on his dig. Displayed a tee edit velocity of 74 mph at the event. Hits out of a wide base and high handed started. The swing path is long to the ball and there is uphill lift in the swing. Getting stronger physically will help him as the frame impresses and the tools to catch are certainly there. Solid follow.

Right-handed hitting catcher who showed very well for himself in Concord. The arm works, as he threw 72 mph from behind the dish. The pop time was 2.1 and his ability to move his feet will improve as he fills out. The transfer needs reps and a long toss program will aid his arm strength. The bat had a tee exit velocity of 77 mph. The setup is even with his feet, and a high elbow start. The swing is long and flat to the ball, as he stays in his legs. He does need strength and reps to the bat. He has the tools, looking forward to watching him develop.
