Update: Racobaldo has been up to 91 this summer, sustaining largely in the 85-89 miles-per-hour over the course of 5-6 innings each time I've seen him. His curveball is making progress but still is "rolling" in action.
6/10/15 -- Racobaldo is a very athletic right-hander pitching from a high ¾ arm slot with plus arm speed. He navigated through his inning of work relatively easy with an advanced feel for pitching. He located his fastball well at 85-87 and flashed an above average changeup. His curveball was a bigger break at 67-68 miles-per-hour. It would be my suggestion to flirt with a slider as it may become more of an out pitch for him.

3/15/16 - Racobaldo is a big bodied, imposing figure when he steps on the mound, and he is only now starting to fill out.  St. John’s has consistently picked up commitments from big, quick-armed power guys over the past few years, and Racobaldo is another one.  His fastball has been up to 91, and with a warm spring expect even more by May.  He flashes a serviceable change-up, and a curveball that is still a work in progress.  Based on his quick, power arm, a wipe-out slider is definitely in the tank for Racobaldo, and a big swing-and-miss pitch could jolt him into some draft talk next year.
