Bergen County Tournament -- The 6-4 right hander had a very nice outing in the Bergen County Tournament; one of the state's top baseball counties. Dreznin was extremely efficient, sitting 84-88 miles-per-hour, touching 89. He had an effective three-pitch mix, featuring both his curveball and changeup in order to keep St. Joseph Regional's potent offense at bay. There is certainly more in the tank for the long RHP.

3/15/16 - Coming off an impressive summer that saw him commit to Notre Dame, and win a 16U National Championship with the Tri-State Arsenal, Zack Dreznin will look to continue his growth on the mound in 2016. The long and strong bodied right-hander stands at 6-feet-4 and appears to be standing on top of hitters when on the mound. His fastball sat 84-88 and touched 89, but look for those numbers to make a jump this year. He works a nice 3-pitch mix that includes a fastball, change-up and curveball that are all currently serviceable while showing glimpses of being plus. However, his season will get a late jump, as he will miss approximately the first â of games after transferring to Northern Highlands from Bergen Catholic.
