All-State Preseason (February 28, 2016)

Bowers stands 5-foot-5, 140-pounds with a small athletic build.  The 2018 showed solid tools during the Preseason event including one of the top 60-yard times at 7.01.  Offensively- Sets up with a wide base slightly leaned onto the backside with a flat bat load with a small stride.  He stays level through the zone and maintained and aggressive approach and had an 82-mph exit velocity. Defensively- Showed good arm strength at 83-mph and sound fundamentals working through the baseball.  Bowers, a lefty bat, and a solid athlete with + tools, is certainly worth watching over the course of the next year as he continues to grow and develop.
