2/15/16

6-foot, 175-pound athletic build. Andrew is very mechanically sound in the outfield. Using athletic footwork he was able to get to the ball quickly and play through it. Does a great job of getting use out of his crow hop while still getting rid of the ball in a timely fashion. From an over the top slot he threw with 83 mph arm strength to home plate. Ran a 4.5 from home to first. At the plate he starts tall and slightly open from the right side. He starts with his hands high before taking them backwards during his aggressive stride forward to stay balanced. Was able to transfer weight into contact while taking a slightly downhill path to the ball. Reached a top exit velocity of 74 mph.

10/18/15
6-foot, 175-pound athletic build. Right-handed hitter that stands tall with his hands high. Fluid load to get his weight back and needs to get his foot down a bit sooner. Swing is slightly uphill with 75 mph exit velocity and ran 7.44-60. From the outfield he uses a good run thru and aggressive crow hop. Tends to hang on to the ball too long on his exchange. Throws from a high-3/4 slot with 82 mph arm strength and carry. In the infield he is aggressive attacking the baseball with good range. Fields the ball out in front with a clean exchange. Throws from a high-3/4 slot with 76 mph arm strength across the diamond.
7/8/15
5-foot-11, 165-pound athletic body frame. From the outfield he uses good footwork to approach the baseball. He fields ground balls with his hand out in front of his body, on his glove side. He throws with a clean arm action coming from a ¾ slot, reaching a top velocity of 78 mph.

2/15/15
5-foot-11, 165-pound athletic build. From the outfield he uses a good run through and a solid crow hop to gain momentum on his throw. From over top he showed 73 mph arm strength. Right-handed hitter that starts open and gets to even. Hands start high with a good load. Tends to wrap the bat a little and showed a flat path that produced line drives. Registered top exit velocity of 80 mph and ran 7.51-60.

6/24/14
5-foot-9, 155-pound body frame. From the outfield he shows pretty good footwork but can still benefit from being more aggressive towards ground balls playing through the baseball. Throws can benefit from incorporating a crow hop, he uses a shorter arm action coming from a ¾ slot producing a top velocity of 73 mph. From the infield position he can benefit the same way he can from the outfield by being more aggressive playing through the baseball. He uses a short arm action coming from a ¾ slot with 71 mph arm strength. Offensively, he starts with a closed set up and strides staying closed, he uses a weight shift with his bottom half towards his back leg for power, hands tend to drop during his trigger. Contact type hitter, that can benefit from added strength to his frame for additional power. He ran a 4.78 from home to first base.
