The Louisville recruit is a strong, athletic, versatile prospect that could play several positions at the college level. He follows in a long line of talented baseball players from Defiance High School. On the mound, Kidston shows a live arm with an 85-88 mph fastball along with a sharp, hard breaking 75-78 mph curveball. His changeup, which shows late fading action, sits between 76-78 mph.
