6/6/16
6-foot-1, 198-pound strong, athletic frame. A righty with a simple approach at the plate. Starting in a wide setup he keeps his hands simple during his short stride forward. His approach syncs up with his mechanics as his short, compact swing is well suited for middle away approach. Produced line drives to the opposite field in batting practice. Registered an exit velocity of 86 mph and ran a 7.74 60-yard dash. Feet work well behind the plate. Shows fluidity and good direction. Impressive pop times ranged between 1.86 to 2.00, but still has room for improvement as he cleans up his transfer and improves his arm strength. Top velocity of 77 mph from the crouch.

7/15/15
6-foot, 180-pound strong build. Right-handed hitter with a good load and long stride. Shows a flat path that stays in the hitting zone that produced two doubles in the game. Registered top exit velocity of 86 mph and ran 5.0 down the line. Behind the plate he shows quick feet and gets his body in line for his throw. Quick, clean transfer with pop times ranging from 2.0-2.08 and showed 77 mph arm strength. On the mound he stands tall with a slow tempo delivery that is slightly closed at foot strike. From a short, high-3/4 slot his fastball sits 79-82 mph. Two different breaking balls with his curveball sitting 65-67 mph and spins a slider with later break at 69-71 mph. Showcased a changeup at 67 mph with good arm speed.
10/26/14
