At the plate he gets things started with a double tap load and stride. Hands move to a strong launch position prior to taking an uphill path to the baseball. Would be aided by more weight transfer into contact to level out path and create more energy into contact. Worked well to his pull side and has solid strength through contact. Behind the plate, he did a nice job of throwing with accuracy and had feel for the position. Footwork is adequate and transfer skills are developing.
