A high upside bat from the left side. Frame and natural tools profile him in the middle of the lineup. Generates most of his energy from his lower half. Swing has intent and he has natural loft to his path. Ball jumps off his bat and his impressive strength/bat speed combination shows in swing. Presently more of a gap threat in game but power looks to be on it’s way. At first base he has an ideal frame for the spot. Possesses an above average skill set across the board. Projects as a solid defender at the next level. Although he projects as a position player at the next level he also threw off the mound. Delivery is uptempo, requiring little effort. Fastball was 69-71 mph and he showed the ability to use both sides of the plate. Spins a sweeping breaking ball on a 1/7 plane.

A left-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Uses a leg kick for timing and energy. Upper half is simple throughout his loading sequence. Strong kid with above average bat speed. Swings with intent. Ball jumped off his bat, especially to his pull side. Middle of the line-up type guy. An ideal frame for the first base position. Looks athletic and comfortable around the bag. Glove skills play. Projects as an above average defender. A southpaw on the mound with a slower paced tempo to his delivery. Uses an easy leg lift prior to his stride forward. Arm action is long and he works through an over the top slot. Fastball works downhill at 68-72 mph. Likes to use the pitch to his glove side. Breaking ball has big, gradual break on a 1/7 plane at 58-59 mph. Would like to see him throw the pitch more firm to add sharpness to it.

6-foot-1, 172-pound prospect. Brings above average athleticism to the first base position. Gets off the bag well and remains fluid with his footwork. Glove skills are adequate. At the plate he showed impressive bat speed from the left side. Swings with intent to do damage and doesn’t get cheated on any of his hacks. Creates solid energy with his lower half. Path is mostly level and he showed the ability to work both sides of the field. Ball comes off his bat well, showing gap to gap pop in batting practice. On the mound, the left handed pitcher shows some projectability with his big, tall frame. The 2019 prospect uses a three pitch mix. The 67-69 mph fastball displays both cut and sinking action from time to time. The breaking ball displays gradual break on a 1/7 plane at 54-55 mph. Also mixes in a 63-64 mph changeup.
