Glove is top tools, showing a middle infielder skill set. Moves light on his feet and can change direction with ease. Started shortstop very a very talented St. X team this spring. At the plate he has an athletic load prior to taking a slightly downhill path. Swing is compact with more speed than strength to it. Line drive, table setter type.

Larger is a bit of an unknown on the recruiting circuit because of an arm injury that kept him off the circuit in 2017. Completely healthy now and he should start to receive attention from college scouts, largely because of his glove. Actions are smooth and glove skills standout, projecting as an above average middle infielder at the next level. At the plate he has twitch to his hands and more pop than frame would suggest. Solid player who will find a home at the next level.

A righty swinger with a very aggressive approach at the plate. Doesn’t get cheated on any of his swings. Bat speed through the zone is very impressive. Creates natural barrel whip into contact. Power potential to his pull side. Swings with the intent to do damage. Very efficient footwork in the infield. Fields the ball out in front of his body and maintains momentum into his throws. Mechanically sound all around. Projects as an above average defender at the next level.

5-foot-8, 145-pound thin build. Chet starts in a slightly open setup before using a toe turn load and stride to get back to even. Incorporates a bat tip load that allows him to create good whip through the zone on a level path. Above average batspeed at this stage with the ability to consistently produce line drives in batting practice. Recorded an exit velocity of 81 mph. In the infield he showed above average hands with the ability to make plays laterally. Moves fluidly with adequate footwork. Threw across the infield with 73 mph arm strength.

5-foot-7, 140-pound average build. At the plate the righty starts in an open, athletic position. Goes with a knee pinch load to gather his weight and keeps his upper half simple. Bat starts vertical which gives him added whip through the zone as he takes a nice, level path to the ball. Really like his rhythm and his ability to create energy into contact. Exit velocity was 77 mph and he ran a 4.26 from home to first. In the infield he had confident, athletic actions. He was able to remain athletic on the move and field the ball out in front when it was in his funnel. Had a quick transfer and threw from a 3/4 slot with 76 mph arm strength across the diamond.
