5-foot-11, 195-pound prospect. Behind the dish, he starts in balanced stance. Takes jab step to the side. Gathers himself and squares up to create direction to second base. Footwork can get long at times. Short arm action through high ¾ slot. Exchange has room to improve with better glove to hand exchange. Pop times ranged between 2.18 to 2.33. A strong kid with an efficient swing at the plate. Does a nice job of getting his lower half involved through a toe turn load. Path is level with solid strength through contact. Has the skill set to be a run producer.

Behind the plate he starts in a higher crouch prior to getting in line to second base. Footwork is mechanically sound. Needs to work on ball security as he matures. Starts in an open setup at the plate at uses a small leg lift to get back to even. Hands start high and move back to launch. Bat has some quickness to it getting through the zone on a downhill path. Would see more consistent line drive production with a flatter path.
