6-foot-3, 185-pound, projectable frame. Lanky prospect with room to grow physically. Works at a slow pace. Delivery is compact and balanced over his backside. Works through a high ¾ slot with a short arm action. The fastball sat 75-77 mph with late arm side run. His breaking ball has some bite to it, at 66-68 mph the pitch has 11/5 shape. He showed good feel for his changeup at 72-73 mph with some fade. Starts in a tall, slightly open setup at the plate. Gets back to even through a leg lift load and controlled stride. Stays fluid throughout loading sequence. Path is level with impressive strength through contact. Showed the ability to drive the ball into the gaps with authority. A definite bat to follow. In the infield, he starts in athletic stance. Does a good job of creating angles but needs to improve fluidity of footwork and maintain momentum through his throws. Arm strength needs to improve to stay on the left side of the infield.
