6/2/14
6-foot, 200-pound backstop with strong, durable frame. Quick hands in his transfer. Tends to rise early out of the crouch. Short arm action. Top velocity of 74 mph from the crouch. Pop times ranged between 2.06 to 2.09. At the plate, he has a tendency to cast a bit in his load. Creates some length to the swing. Still shows quick hands and pop in his bat. Top exit velocity of 88 mph. Ran a 7.63 60.

2/17/14
Davis is a big, physical prospect with an ideal frame. Like Russo, he has made strides since this past summer. He was easily one of the most physically developed players in attendance. Behind the plate, he impressed with exceptional quickness in his hands and transfer. His pop times ranged from 1.91 to 2.07. His actions require some effort, which brings into question the repeatability of his throws, but on this occasion, he showed accuracy around the bag. At the plate, Davis projects as a middle of the order bat. He starts in a balanced stance with a short stride. He uses an aggressive swing with quick bat speed and an uphill path. Davis shows good barrel whip and creates good lift off the bat. He posses obvious pull power in his swing. If he doesn't work out as a catcher, Davis could project as an offensive first baseman.

6/26/13
6-foot-1, 195-pound catcher with strong, athletic frame. Registered a 7.72 60-yard dash. From behind the plate, he uses short arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Reached top velocity of 72 mph with accuracy on his throws. Tendency to get tall early out of the crouch. Pop times ranged between 2.01-2.05. At the plate, he starts with an athletic, balanced setup. Uses a leg kick in his load with a short stride. Takes slight uphill path to the ball. Pull tendencies in his swing. Reached a top exit velocity of 89 mph off the tee.

2/18/13
6-foot-1, 185-pound receiver with a strong, durable frame. He registered consistent 2.10 to 2.18 pop times with a top velocity of 71 mph from the crouch. At the plate, the right-handed hitter shows a fluid rhythm and quick bat speed (89 mph exit velocity) to his swing with pull power. Needs to continue improving foot speed. Registered 7.81 60-yard dash.
