In the infield, he keeps a low center of gravity but plays slightly back on his heels. Fields the ball out front and funnels into the waist. Releases the ball from a 3/4 slot with playable arm strength. In the outfield, he takes a more cautious approach to the ball and plays the long hops. Fields the ball on his glove side foot. He brings the ball up to the ear before transitioning into release. Throws from a 3/4 slot with decent arm speed. A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Barrel gets vertical during his short stride. Would be aided by smoothing out loading sequence. Bat works downhill with obvious twitch through the zone. Much more pop to come as he fills out his very athletic frame. Current line drive type guy. On the mound the right-hander has a fluid tempo to his repeatable delivery. Arm action is shorter and clean. Arm showed above average arm speed while working through a high-3/4 slot. A strike thrower that was consistently in the zone with his three pitch mix. Fastball comes out of his hand well showing substantial cut as it enters the zone. The pitch is heavier than veto would suggest. Breaking ball works on an 11/5 plane with depth and sharpness. His changeup may have been his best secondary offering. The pitch showed late run and dive, maintaining fastball arm speed.

5-foot-11, 160-pound athletic build. Arm really works off the mound and he showed off an impressive three-pitch mix. His fastball sat 78-81 with heavy run at times. His best offspeed pitch was his 70-72 mph changeup that had a similar look to his fastball but with heavier sink. Also spins an 11/5 shaped breaking ball that was sharp when he was down in the zone.At the plate he uses a knee pinch to load his lower half prior to his stride forward. Hands stay simple before getting through the zone on a downhill path. Has the batspeed and strength to be productive just needs better direction as he tends to leak energy towards the third baseman. Reached a top exit velocity of 84 mph. In the infield he threw across the diamond with 74 mph arm strength. Has quick footwork and does a nice job of playing low. Average hands.
