6’2, 185-pound prospect. A lefty bat that gets things started with a short, controlled stride. Uses an easy back load with upper half. Swing is simple and efficient. Path is level and barrel gets through contact well. Bat speed is there and strength stands out. Swing looks to translate to game action. Middle of the lineup type guy. Plays under control approaching the baseball in the outfield. Looked confident playing through. Maintains momentum into his throws. Arm strength is developing. On the mound the right-hander has a fluid tempo to a delivery he is able to repeat. Slides across the rubber prior to his chest high leg lift. Drop and drive type guy that lands in line to home plate with his momentum taking him to the first base side. Arm action is long back and clean through. Arm speed is developing. Fastball stays mostly true through the zone with some life to it. Breaking ball works on an 11/5 plane with gradual break. Was consistently in the zone with both offerings.
