A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Moves hands back rhythmically during his leg lift load. Takes a slightly downhill path to the baseball with some barrel whip. Bat speed is developing and strength is well above average. A line drive guy currently with much more pop to come as he fills out his projectable frame. In the outfield, he fields the ball outside of his body near his glove side foot. Shoulders invert while bringing the ball out of the glove. Throws from a lower 3/4 arm slot with a long motion. Arm strength is developing.

2019 grad who shows sign of strength as he game is still developing. Works his hands back and gets separated at the dish, ability to create more rhythm will help with timing and generating to the ball. Arm strength to come in the future and he can incorporate more usage of his lower half both on the mound and in the outfield. More backside from his delivery will help with stride length and allow him to get extended and out front. Lots of time for Griffith to continue to develop.
