5-foot-10, 160-pound prospect. Starts in an athletic, open setup at the plate. Uses a controlled stride while taking his hands to launch. Very fluid/rhythmic loading sequence. Has a tendency to leave weight on back leg at contact, creating an uphill path. Has above average bat speed. Ball came off his bat very well to his pull side. Line drive type guy. From the outfield, he showed the ability to consistently field the ball to his glove side. Footwork is average. Would like to see him create and maintain more momentum through his throws. Shows some quickness in his transfer. Uses short arm action. Looks more natural in the infield. Plays from his toes and shows fluidity to his movements. Receives the ball smoothly. Throws from ¾ slot with accuracy to his throws.
