At the plate he starts in a wider, slightly open setup. Incorporates a bat tip and leg kick to his loading sequence. Path is level with impressive strength through contact. More pop to his pull side at this stage.

6-foot-2, 240-pound thick body frame. Left-handed hitter starts from a slightly open stance landing even, then uses an inward turn with his front foot for timing. Has a fluid load with his hands moving to his back shoulder. Swings with a level bat path, showing the ability to use both sides of the field during his round of batting practice. Registered at top exit velocity of 69 mph and ran a 7.69 60-yard dash. From the infield he moves well around the bag. Short back arm action into a high ¾ slot with 65 mph arm strength. On the mound he throws with regular effort and good direction to the plate. Throws from a high ¾ slot with the fastball sitting 64-68 mph. Curveball sat 56-59 mph with gradual break. Changeup sat 58-60 mph.
