An athletic 6-foot, 150-pound frame. On the mound the righty has an uptempo delivery. Lands slightly closed at foot strike. Arm action is long with some looseness to it. Works through a high-¾ slot with his fastball sitting 71-73 mph, topping at 75 mph. Throws a big breaking, 10/4 shaped breaking ball at 60-61 mph. Was consistently in the zone with a pitch, starting it at a righties hip and breaking it over the heart of the plate. Solid freeze pitch. At the plate the righty starts tall prior to his leg kick load. Hands stay simple and take a flat path to the baseball. Does a nice job of getting on plane early. Would like to see him add rhythm to his loading sequence. Worked well within his middle away approach. In the infield he uses quick, direct footwork. Fields the ball in the middle of his body. Tends to play from heels at times.
