On the mound the right-hander has a projectable frame with long limbs and room to fill out. Goes with an uptempo delivery, staying tall at balance point. Delivery requires some effort and is repeatable. Arm action is longer with above average arm speed. Fastball jumps out of his hand, getting on hitter quickly. The pitch showed occasional late run. Locates the fastball well, using both sides of the plate and elevating with two strikes. Secondary offerings were both impressive. Breaking ball has big, sharp action working on a near 12/6 plane. Throws his changeup using fastball arm speed. Has a fastball look out of the hand before showing late run and dive.

6-foot, 165-pound thin frame with room to fill out. On the mound he has choppy rhythm before getting to his balance point. Creates adequate momentum to home plate with his lower half. Delivery requires regular effort. Average armspeed. Working through a high ¾ slot his fastball sat 79-83 mph. Curveball showed some sharpness on an 11/5 plane at 64-68 mph. Also flashed a splitter that had some dip to it as it entered the zone at 74-75 mph.
