8/7/16
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound athletic frame that is projectable. Ran a 5.25 from home to first. At the plate he has above average batspeed and is a strong kid. Will need to add rhythm and slow down movements to allow his strength and batspeed go to work. Takes a downhill path to the ball and reached a top exit velocity of 89 mph. At first base he has obvious feel for the position. Footworks is efficient and mechanically sound. Threw across the infield with 66 mph arm strength. Used a quick tempo throughout his delivery that is max effort causing his head to whip. Has a slight inward turn during his leg lift before using a high ¾ arm slot. Fastball sat 80-81 mph while displaying a quick arm. Curveball had 12/6 break between 67-68 mph.

6-foot-1, 185-pound athletic, projectable frame. On the mound he uses good tempo to delivery he is able to repeat. He is a max effort type guy with some quickness to his arm. His fastball was consistently75-80 mph and was complimented by his late breaking, sharp slider at 67-71 mph. Also flashed a big breaking curveball with an 11/5 shape at 62-63 miles per hour. Showed a changeup that has sink to it but he tends to slow his arm.  At the plate he uses a no stride approach and keeps his hands simple. He generates momentum through an aggressive inward knee turn that initiates his lower half. Taking a slightly up hill path to the ball he was able to reach a top exit velocity of 88 mph. Ran a 4.72 from home to first. In the infield he takes direct routes to the ball and funnels it deep into his body. He threw across the infield with 69 mph arm strength.
