In the infield, his footwork is developing. Tends to get caught on his heels from time to time. Receives the ball out front and funnels into the waist. Releases from a lower 3/4 arm slot with developing arm strength. A lefty bat that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a leg kick for timing and energy. Hands are simple prior to launch. Path is slightly uphill with above average bat speed. A strong kid with more pop than frame would suggest. A line drive type guy with impressive pull side pop.
