Swing Mechanics: Good balance compact swing.
Hit: Barrel stays thru the zone. Mostly level path, creates some loft.
Power: Presently lacks the strength to drive the ball. 78 mph exit velocity.
Offensive Projection: Multiple roles.
Run: 4.59 H to 1st.
Field: Shows good footwork. Short quick release with average arm strength.
Throw: 72 mph on throws from behind the plate.
Defensive Projection: Solid tools. Should have no issue staying behind the plate.
Additional Comments: Overall solid tool set both offensive and defensively.

At the plate he starts in a taller setup. Uses a toe turn to initiate loading sequence. Hands move back to launch and take a level path to baseball. Loading sequence is rushed, would be aided by adding rhythm and smoothing it out. Bat showed quickness to it and displayed strength through contact. Has the ability to drive the ball into the gap to his pull side. Behind the plate he does a nice job of creating direction and gaining ground with his footwork. Arm action is longer than ideal for the position.
