A right-handed hitter that starts in an open setup. Uses a leg kick to get things started. Hands stay simple and loose prior to launch. A back leg hitter that takes an uphill path to the baseball. Bat speed is developing. A contact type guy who should grow into more pop as he matures. Behind the plate he starts in a mid crouch with preset feet. Footwork creates direction with average quickness. Transfer skills are developing. Arm action works for the position. Throws were on target for the most part. On the mound the righty has a smooth, repeatable delivery. Arm moves through a high-¾ slot with developing arm speed. Impressed with his pitchability and confidence on the mound. Threw all three pitches for strikes and cruised through his outing. Spins a tight, 11/5 shaped breaking ball with some depth to it. Used the offering as get ahead or put away offering. Also displayed a playable changeup that had some dive to it.
