Very physical, projectable frame. Switch hitter at the plate. Movements needs cleaned up from the left side a bit but you can see the strength in swing. From the right he has similar movements but natural tools play much louder. Strength/bat speed both play at the next level and ball jumps off barrel. Drove the ball with authority to BP. Power potential from the right. Ideal build for the first base position with more athleticism than you’d think over there. Ball skills are more than adequate. Bat is top tool but he looks to be able to handle his own as a defender at first base. On the mound Williams showed off his strong, athletic frame. He used a tight compact arm action from a ¾ slot. His fastball sat 72-74 mph and had some natural arm side run. His breaking ball was 56-57 mph and had tight spin with a 1 to 7 shape and good depth. He also flashed a developing changeup that was 66-67 mph and had some fading action at times to the arm side.

A switch hitter at the plate. From the left he starts in an athletic stance. Super projectable frame. Uses a leg lift for timing as hands flow through bat tip load. Bat has some lag through the zone on a level path. Strength stands out in swing, showing the ability to do damage when he gets extended. From the right he has a similar look mechanically with much louder natural tools. Both strength and batspeed grade out as above average tools. Run producer potential. Made loud contact multiple times in game, spraying singles with authority from both sides.  A first baseman with an above average skill set across the board. Well above average athleticism with feel for the spot. Two-way prospect. On the mound the southpaw works with a slower paced tempo to a delivery that requires little effort. Loose arm that projects for more strength down the road. Fastball comes out easy, showing slight arm side action at 71-76 mph. Primary secondary offering is the breaking ball on a 1/7 plane. The pitch has gradual action at 55-60 mph. More projectable as a position guy at this stage.

6-foot-3, 180-pound projectable frame. The lanky left-hander shows an athletic delivery with good rhythm. He works through a high ¾ slot with a long arm action. His fastball has good arm side run and sits 66-71 mph for strikes. The curveball is of 12/6 shape with some depth. That pitch sat 52-56 mph. He also showed a sinking changeup at 55-56 mph. He would benefit from improved arm speed on both of his secondary pitches. Starts open at the plate and gets back to even through a fluid leg kick load and controlled stride. Hands move back to launch prior to taking a level path to the baseball. His vertical barrel creates solid barrel direction through the zone. Somewhat raw mechanically but has impressive natural tools. Ball jumped off his bat when he found the barrel in batting practice. Long frame that will help him around the bag at first base. Needs to show more quickness in his footwork off the bag. Throws from high ¾ slot with long arm action.
