8/6/17

At the plate he looks fluid and athletic. A contact type guy with barrel awareness. Path is level with some whip. Bat speed is average to above average and he has more pop than frame would suggest. Line drive guy who can find the gap. A rangy infielder that moves light on his feet. Reacts well off the bat with a quick first step. Hands are soft. Ball skills are above average as well. Looked athletic and comfortable.

60-yard Dash: 6.82
INF Velocity: 80
Exit Velocity: 84

2/19/17
Small, athletic infielder at 5-foot-10, 155-pound prospect. Showed athletic actions in the field. Light on his feet and receives the ball with ease. Transfers showed some length, but he showed a top velocity of 79 mph across the diamond. Took an impressive round of batting practice. Coleman has above average natural tools and has feel for the barrel. Path is slightly downhill and the barrel gets in and out of the zone quickly. Has the look of a table setter that can drive the gaps.

60 Yard Dash: 7.05
Position Velocity: 79
Exit Velocity: 82

5/31/16
5-foot-10, 145-pound thin, athletic build. At the plate he starts in a tall, slightly open setup before using a leg kick load and stride to initiate his lower half. Hands remain simple before getting through the zone on a level path. Made hard contact in batting practice and registered an exit velocity of 80 mph. In the infield he has obvious quickness to his feet and athletic actions to his fielding sequence. Fields the ball deep at times would like to see him field out in front of his body more consistently.
