6/6/18
6-foot, 205-pound. Write him to pitching prospect with an average build. Compact in efficient delivery with a drop and drive type lower half. The fastball works downhill with cutting action out of a high 3/4 slot at 77 to 83 mph. Only secondary pitch was a big 11 to 5 breaking ball that shows some depth at 64 to 67 mph.

2/4/18

Right handed hurler with slower paced delivery feature  a slight inward turn with the leg lift. Arm comes through a near over the top to high ¾ slot. Fastball has some sink and deception. Ball jumps out of hand well. Curveball has big 11/5 shape with gradual break. At the plate he gets movements started through a toe turn timing mechanism. Barrel accelerates from a vertical position, giving him easy whip an early bat speed. Swings with intent and shows above average natural tools through the zone. A middle of the lineup type bat that works through a middle to opposite field approach. Solid performance in BP.

6/21/17

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Hands stay at launch during his knee pinch load and short stride. Strong kid with a mostly level path. Ball gets out off his bat well showing gap to gap pop. Has middle of the lineup potential. At third base he does a nice job creating angles in his pre fielding footwork. Fields the ball nicely out in front of his body. Glove skills are there and he made all the plays in his defensive evaluation. On the mound the right-hander has a slower paced tempo to his repeatable delivery. Looks the part on the mound, mechanically efficient with a clean arm. Arm action is shorter with above average arm speed. Throws an easy 76-80 mph fastball that was mostly straight through the zone. Pitch gets on hitters quicker than velo would suggest. Spins an 11/5 shaped breaking ball with sharpness to it at 64-66 mph. Didn’t show the pitch much but was impressive when he did.
