A right-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Moves his hands back to a strong launch position during controlled stride forward. Path is level with definite strength through contact. Found the barrel often, producing line drives consistently. Was at his best when he worked to the middle of the field. A top of the lineup but with more juice left in there. In the outfield, he displays adequate footwork while approaching the ball. Fields the ball on his glove side foot. Glove skills were solid, consistently fielding the ball cleanly. Arm motion is long and over the top as he transitions into release. Arm speed is developing. On the mound, the right hander shows a quicker tempo delivery to the plate. Upper body rotates sharply. Strike foot lands slightly closed upon impact. Throws the ball from a ¾ slot with a long arm action. Fastball shows some late arm side run. Curveball comes in on an 11-5 break with sharp rotation. Also shows a developing changeup with some downward drop. Pitch is thrown with similar arm speed to his fastball.

At the plate he uses a simple approach mechanically and takes a mostly level path to the baseball. Has some bat speed in there and finds the barrel often. A contact guy at this stage with more juice in there once he learns to incorporate his lower half more efficiently. In the outfield he plays under control prior to fielding on glove foot side. Would like to see more urgency approaching the baseball. Transitions quickly from fielding into his throws. Throws were accurate with developing arm strength. On the mound the righty has a quicker tempo to a delivery that requires some effort. A drop and drive type guy that lands in line to home plate. Arm action is shorter while working through an over the top slot. Works off his fastball that was anywhere from 73-76 mph. His go to secondary offering is his 63-67 mph breaking ball. The pitch has a 12/6 shape with gradual break. Showed decent feel for the offering.
