A third baseman with fluid actions. Moves light on his feet, displaying above average ball skills through fielding. Transfer is smooth and he does a nice job gaining ground before he tosses it across the diamond. Starts in a balanced setup at the plate. Uses a double tap for timing while keeping hands simple prior to swing decision . A strong kid with above average bat speed. Would like to see him loosen up as swing appears stiff at times. Ball really jumps when he finds plane. Has all the natural tools to hit in the middle of a lineup. On the bump he has a slower paced tempo that picks up at the height of his leg lift. Arm actions is looser with noticeable whip through a high-¾ slot. Fastball stays true, sitting 75-76 mph. Will also show a two seam with more arm side action and less velocity. Tosses an 11/5 shaped breaking ball with feel. Action is tighter than it is big but does enough to miss barrels.

5-foot-10, 190-pound prospect. The right-hander works at a slow pace. The delivery has balance and some rhythm. Throws through a ¾ slot with a long arm action. Showed very good command of his fastball. The pitch has some arm side run and sat 75-77 mph. The curveball has 11/5 shape, the pitch shows some depth. That pitch sat 58-62 mph. He also throw a changeup at 66-67 mph with cutting action. A righty swinger that gets things started through a double tap load and controlled stride. Hands stay simple prior to taking a level path to the ball. Creates good separation with his lower half. Bat has some quickness to it and displayed solid strength at contact. Gap to gap pop at this stage. Defensively, he shows good anticipation in his feet. Tendency to get flat footed. Would like to see him create angles so momentum is more fluid and carrying him to first base. Long arm action. Tendency to wind up in his transfer. Top velocity of 69 mph across the infield.
