5-foot-11, 165-pound athletically built prospect. Ran a 4.63 from home to first. At the plate he uses a simple approach mechanically by taking his hands back during his short stride forward. Swing is short and compact with above average batspeed. Found the barrel consistently in batting practice and recorded three hits in the game. Top of the lineup type hitter. Top exit velocity was 82 mph. In the outfield he uses aggressive footwork approaching the baseball before breaking down nicely prior to fielding. Plays through the ball with ease before throwing to home plate with 81 mph arm strength. On the mound the right-hander showed off a three pitch mix, working through a high-¾ slot. Arm action is clean with some quickness to his arm. Fastball sat 78-79 mph. Spun one of the better breakers of the day. His 11/5 shaped curveball had good depth and dropped off the table prior to entering the zone. Also showed solid feel for a changeup.
