Shows slinging arm action with noticeable whip and developing strength. Projects for more velocity, presently sitting 73-74 mph. Tunnels his pitches well, making his sharp breaking ball very tough to pick up especially for lefties. Spins the offering well giving it solid depth at 63-65 mph. Although fastball/breaking ball look to be his go to offerings he also showed a changeup at 69-70 mph.
5/31/17 A left-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Top of the lineup type guy. Mechanically simple with feel for the barrel. Consistently squared the ball up in batting practice, showing more pop to his pull side. In the outfield he plays aggressively and with confidence. Plays through the ball well and maintains momentum into his throws. Throws showed some carry and were consistently on target. A two-way prospect. On the mound the southpaw is mechanically efficient and has a low effort delivery. Arm action is clean with developing arm speed. Lower half is efficient and lands in line to home plate. Works through a high-¾ slot with his fastball sitting 70-73 mph. More velocity to come. Spins a 1/7 shaped breaking ball with gradual break at 59-60 mph. Also flashed a changeup near fastball arm speed at 66-68 mph. A strike thrower that showed feel for all three offerings.

Fills up the zone with a good three-pitch mix. Fastball shows some arm-side run while sitting between 67-69 mph. His 59-60 mph breaking ball is sharp with 1/7 movement. Displays natural fastball arm speed with his 63-64 mph changeup.
12/11/16 The 5-foot-8, 140-pound left-handed pitcher had good arm action with a high arm slot. He pitched with a smooth delivery and a long loose arm. Arm actions and efficient mechanics suggest he will see improvements in velocity as he matures. Currently sits 66-67 mph with his fastball. Breaking ball has some sharpness to it on a 1/7 plane. Has solid feel for the pitch.
