Starts in a tall setup with his weight on his back leg at the plate. Hands move to launch during his small leg lift. Has some quickness to his bat. Ball comes off his bat well when transfers weight into contact. Showed more pop to his pull side. Behind the plate he does a nice job of gaining ground prior to throwing to second base. Arm slot is lower than ideal for the position.
