6-foot, 170-pound prospect. The right-hander uses a high lift and shows some rhythm to his delivery. He works through a low ¾ slot with a short arm action. His fastball has cutting action while sitting 70-73 mph. The curveball has 11/5 shape and shows some depth. That pitch sat 57-59 mph. He also threw a slider at 63-66 mph. The pitch had late 10/4 action. His changeup has cutting action while sitting 61-65 mph. A right-handed hitter that starts open and gets back to even with a short stride. Hands stay simple before taking a downhill path to the ball. Swing is compact and the barrel gets in and out of the zone quickly. Would be aided by a more efficient lower half. Defensively, he takes confident approach playing through the baseball. Footwork is fluid and consistently fields the ball to his glove side. Clean transfer and throws with some quickness through a high ¾ slot. Solid skill set - just needs added arm strength for the next level.
