The Kent State recruit is a tall, projectable right-handed pitcher. Using a high 3/4 arm slot and short arm action, Linder produces an 85-88 mph fastball with arm side run. While he uses three off-speed pitches, his late breaking slider, which sits at 80-81 mph, is his best breaking ball. In addition, he uses a 73-74 mph curveball as well a developing 77-78 mph changeup.
