6/4/13
5-foot-11, 180-pound right-handed pitcher. Throws with quick arm speed and long arm action through high ¾ arm slot. Fastball sat 86-88 mph with limited movement on this occasion. Delivery requires some effort. Breaking ball sat 71-74 mph with late, 11/5 action.

10/28/12
6-foot, 175-pound right-handed pitcher. Definite D-1 prospect. Aggressive mound presence. Has quick arm speed through upper 3/4 arm slot. Delivery requires some effort Fastball shows some explosion late, ranging 86-89 mph. Two types of breakers, a downward spin curveball (71-72 mph) and a 75-76 biting slurve. Has good arm speed on change (78-80 mph).

8/1/12
6-foot, 180-pound athletic player who projects best as a pitcher. Aggressive on the bump. Repeats delivery with quick arm speed through upper 3/4 slot.  Fastball shows some run action, ranging 85-88 mph (top once at 89 mph). Also has cutter with some late bite (81-83 mph). Shows some downward spin on curve. Ran 6.96 60 yard dash. Has wide base. Shows flat hitting plane with one hand finish. Needs to improve trigger and use of lower half.

12/4/11 Noble is an athletic, undersized prospect that projects as pitcher at the next level. He shows all the makings of a future Division I pitcher. The 5-foot-11, 168-pound righty uses a high ¾ arm slot with quick arm speed. His delivery is smooth and easy. His fastball sits at 84-86 mph and touches at 87 while showing effective hard, arm side run. His curveball stays between 71-72 mph. It has 11/5, sharp breaking action, but he struggles with consistent command. He also uses a 73-75 mph slider that stays on one plane. His 75-76 mph changeup shows arm side run and sink, similar to his fastball. In the field, Noble shows a relaxed confidence and registers a top velocity of 83 mph on his throws. At the plate, he still has room to develop. He tends to drift on to his front side and become a slappy, contact hitter. He registered a 7.42 60-yard dash. Equipped with a fastball that regularly sits 84-86 miles per hour and touches into the high 80's, Noble already posses velocity that will garner early attention from college recruiters. In addition, he uses quick and clean arm action and shows a feel for both a changeup and curveball at this early stage in his high school career.
6/04/12
Very athletic player with twitch. Good raw skills that should improve with maturity. Ran 6.94 60 yard dash with a velocity of 86 mph from the outfield. Solid contact hitter with squared front side and shoulder trigger release. Aggressive on the mound. Comes after hitters. Has high front side kick. Gets good back and front side extension with hip pop in finish. Quick arm speed through upper 3/4 slot. Fastball shows some late life, ranging 84-86 mph (have seen 88 mph top in past). Curveball has downward tilt with some depth at 72-74 mph. Excellent arm action and speed on change-up at 75-78 mph showing some arm side run.
