6/5/18
College coaches in need of a ‘19 catcher should take a hard look at morris. Can really catch and throw while also showing above average blocking/receiving abilities. Offers unusual athleticism back there. Also is a middle of the lineup type bat with a compact stroke and gap abilities. Solid follow with scholarship potential.

7/26/16
6-foot, 190-pound catching prospect. Behind the plate he showed quickness to both his footwork and his transfer, registering pop times between 2.03-2.21. Throws were mostly on target with 73 mph arm strength to second base. Showed the willingness to block in game action with average receiving skills. At the plate he uses a leg kick/bat tip combo for his load with some rhythm to it. Bat gets through the zone on a slightly uphill path with definite strength through contact. Top exit velocity was 84 mph and he ran a 7.82 60-yard dash.
