A tall, long-legged righty with great size and a good frame for a pitcher, with plenty of room to add more mass as he matures. Takes long stride, engages lower half well, clean action in the back, with some explosiveness towards the plate, throws from a high 3/4 slot. Athletic and repeatable delivery with some deception. Fastball has late life, sat between 81-83 mph with sinking action down and into righties. Good feel for his changeup, while breaking ball has some sharp downward action and induces some swings-and-misses at 70-71mph. Overall, Elliot is a very interesting pitching prospect to watch, he has a live arm and should only continue to get better.

Wide shoulders and a frame that will be able to add strength at 6-foot-3, 197-pounds. Ran fastball up to 87 mph with quick arm to go along with strength. Breaking ball was 67-69 mph with 11/5 shape and late biting action on a couple he threw, shows feel for spinning the ball and can be a pitch that becomes above average in the future. Stays under control with delivery and creates good downhill angle. Has the size and stuff to be a highly sought after prospect in the 2019 class.
