2018 grad, Desjardins is a right-handed bat that worked out as an outfielder. Defensively, arm was short with almost no takeaway in the back, throws were online for most part and arm stayed short like a catcher, ball still had some life as the velocity was 83 mph from the outfield. At the plate, rocks back and loads up on backside, hands do not get extended through contact as he pulls off and doesn't finish his swing. When he looks to stay up the middle, is on time and finishes his bat path was when he took his best swings. Overall, some athleticism there to work with, some mechanical adjustments will help play role in his game.

Young 2018 grad who is 6-foot, 160-pounds with lean frame and room to add size. Ran the 40-yard dash in 5.59. At the plate, hits with small weight on backside, medium leg kick to stride, minimal hand movement, throws bat  head at the ball, works more to pull side, bat path worked down to ball, can create more power and balance in lower half, exit velocity was 73 mph. Defensively, in the infield fielded balls out front and worked quickly to get rid of it, arm was short in the back to a 3/4 slot, was 73 mph from the infield across the diamond and 79 mph from the outfield, some arm quickness there, still short in the back from the outfield. Young player who will keep an eye on to see his development.
