Beens is an athletic 6-foot-2, 195-prospect who swings it from the left side. Still looking to find a home on the field as Beens can play outfield, third base, first base and has done some work as of late behind the plate. Ultimately, the bat is the big tool right now as he is balanced in the box with a level swing and bat speed. Some natural lift at the finish as he had an exit velocity of 84 mph. Beens showed loose hands and stayed middle of field with gap power. Worked defensively in the outfield and infield. Was 78 mph from the outfield and 80 mph from the infield with some arm speed and proper approaches. Footwork and glove were clean, ran a 7.50 on slow track. Bat is biggest tool at the moment.
